  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier.
  • For international orders, shipping rates will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options but you have to communicate it to us by using the order notes at checkout. Additional fees may apply. 

 

What happens if my package is lost or stolen during shipping?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to help you locate your package or file a claim with the carrier if necessary. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We work with a variety of shipping carriers depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected. We will provide you with carrier information and tracking numbers once your order has shipped. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Email us at info@justtwirlys.com for your request.  Additional shipping rates may apply and customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be charged by their country. 

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct before placing your order. 

What if I'm not home when my package is delivered?

If you are not home when your package is delivered, the carrier will typically leave a notice indicating where the package can be picked up or how to schedule a redelivery.
